Diablo 2 Resurrected - Ice Caves Worldbuilding

I was responsible for worldbuilding and art passes on the Act 5 Ice Caves dungeon. This area was passed between myself, Mark Downie and Andrew Lee with us each handling different aspects. My main focus was cleaning up asset integration, gameplay fixes, terrain and biome work, and integration of the water elements. I also worked in parity+ staging elements, like the aspects of ruins inspired by the Worldstone Keep, or additional wood and scaffolding to draw attention to the entrances and exits.
This biome posed unique challenges as the pieces that made up the map were in some cases far larger than any other biome, taking minutes to travel from one to the other.
